Frequently asked organizational questions
From what age are children admitted to kindergarten?
We accept children from the age of three. In exceptional circumstances, if a child is developmentally and emotionally ready, the director may decide to accept children from the age of two and a half. We want every child to begin their adventure in a calm and safe atmosphere.
Are there any fees for extracurricular activities?
Yes, extracurricular activities that are not part of the regular tuition are charged separately. We inform parents of the costs before they begin so everyone can make an informed decision.
How long does it take for a child to adapt?
Adaptation is individual, but typically takes about a week. This time may vary depending on the child’s needs and personality, as we want every child to feel confident and comfortable with us.
How is adaptation going?
On the first day, adjustments usually take about an hour. If a child wishes to stay longer, we accommodate their needs. We gradually increase the time spent in the group, and parents initially remain outside the room to allow the child to gradually become accustomed to their new surroundings. If the child needs support, the parent is always invited into the room.
Is Bedtime mandatory?
Bedtime is not mandatory. Children rest when they need it, and we respect their individual daily rhythm.
Does a baby need to be “diapered”?
No, we accept children at different stages of the process.
What time are meals served?
In our kindergarten we serve four meals a day:
- 8:30 – breakfast
- 10:15 – second breakfast
- 12:00 – dinner – first course
- 14:00 – dinner – second course
- 15:30 – afternoon tea

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

What if a child is absent? Are meals refunded?
If your child will be absent, please notify us via the app no later than 6:00 PM the previous day. This will allow us to process meal fees accordingly.
Does a child need to bring their own art supplies?

What outfit will be best?
