Bilingualism
The bilingual environment at Bright Kiddo offers daily exposure to English through play, conversation, and music. Bilingualism at Bright Kiddo is based on the immersion method, i.e., immersion in the language. The facility’s staff consists of Polish speakers, as well as native speakers who communicate exclusively in English. Children learn naturally, immersing themselves in the language from a young age and responding to it in everyday situations.
This form of learning:
- supports freedom of communication in English,
- allows you to learn new words without stress,
- develops concentration, memory and cognitive flexibility,
- builds self-confidence in contact with a foreign language.
Krakow method
At Bright Kiddo, we use the Krakow method to teach reading, which supports the development of speech, communication, and thinking from an early age. By teaching vowels, reading syllables, and working with pictures, this method also works well with children with developmental disabilities.
This approach gives children:
- early support for speech and communication development,
- an effective start in learning to read syllables,
- ease in recognizing and combining vowels,
- greater confidence in speaking and understanding words.
Froebel’s method
The Froebel Method, which we use in our daily work with children, is based on play, experimentation, and free-form activity in thematic corners. By working with Froebel’s gifts, children develop creativity, independence, and the ability to cooperate.
Using this method provides children with:
- space for independent action and creative thinking,
- natural development of social competences,
- understanding the principles of cause and effect,
- the joy of learning through play.
Positive discipline
Positive discipline at Bright Kiddo is an approach that teaches children to express emotions, respect themselves and others, and take responsibility for their own actions. Instead of punishments and rewards, we focus on dialogue, empathy, and collaborative solutions.
Thanks to this, children:
- learn to recognize and name emotions,
- develop a sense of agency and shared responsibility,
- function better in a group and build relationships,
- they feel safe and noticed.
